Your rate plans, room types, and guest history get mapped into Harborstay's structure, then imported into a staging environment for you to check before go-live.
3. Run in parallel, then cut over
You review the imported data against your old system before we switch your front desk over, so nothing goes live unverified.
Why this matters more than it sounds
We built the core PMS specifically to replace Hotsoft in a live, 91-room hotel — this isn't a hypothetical migration path, it's the same transition we've already made ourselves, which is also why we treat booking data and guest records as things that must never be guessed or silently dropped during a move.
