The core PMS stands on its own. Every module below is sold separately, billed only once activated, and connects through the same single sign-on as the rest of the system.

Electricity monitoring

Per-room power tracking with automatic waste detection, and a ฿-denominated ledger so usage ties straight back to cost.

Housekeeper app

A mobile task list for housekeeping: room status updates, task assignment, and propose-only charge submissions from the floor — nothing posts to a folio without front-desk approval.

Staff location

Live staff positions on property via a proprietary radio system — small radio units deployed on-site, not a phone-GPS hack.

Guest web app

A branded guest-facing app for requests and chat during a stay, with an optional guest-recognition layer for returning-guest personalization.

Intentionally not offered: door-lock / keycard integration is property-specific hardware and stays out of this product on purpose — we won't lock you into our lock vendor. Channel-manager rate & inventory sync works the same way: connect the CM you already use through our open API rather than being forced onto ours.
