Built to run one hotel first. Then offered to everyone else.

Harborstay didn't start as a product. It started as the property management system for a real, independent hotel in Bangkok — built to replace an aging legacy system and run day-to-day operations: reservations, front desk, cashier and night audit, reports, and government compliance filings.

Once it was carrying that hotel's real bookings, real cashier shifts, and real immigration filings, the obvious next question was whether other independent hotels in the same position — stuck on an expensive or aging PMS, paying consultants for every small change — could use it too.

That's what this is: the same system, offered as a product, still measured against the same bar — does it hold up running a real hotel, not just a demo.
